I bought a micromax canvas juice 2 handset on 1st september 2015. But its sensor was not working so I submitted it to the service centre on 29th september 2015.Service centre told me that i would get my mobile within 15 days . But when I contacted with them they told me that they do not know when i will get my mobile. Its passed 46 days but they even do not responding in my request. My mobile''s IMEI NO. [protected]/[protected] Service centre job sheet no. E[protected]. Please help me sir. I bought that mobile by saving money for 2 years.
