Micromax — Micromax Canvas Knight A350...Charging Problem

Hello Team, Can anyone help here i am struggling since and service center is telling every time new comments like there is might be some software issues, charging pin issues, battery issues, charger issues...I do not understand the behaviour with the service center people are treating with customer.
