Dear Forum, This is a complaint regarding the very poor service infact no service from micromax service center at sikanderpur metro station. While my phone was still switched on and was still working, the service center executive claimed that the motherboard is not working and the expense that will be there is 11000. This kind of silly reasons were given from the service center executive so that the customer goes away. Finally I got my phone rectified locally in Rs. 1250 and it was just screen connector that was a little damaged. I will never give micromax good starts in terms of service. They are the escape goats.
