Hi, My micromax canvas HD which was purchased on dec 2013 but after nine months it was giving me problem while charging as it was not taking charge so I took it Micromax Service Center Named - Sabsonic, At Teghoria, Kolkata on 22/08/2014. Then they told me to deposit my cell phone with them and they give me a Jobsheet, mentioning reason my phone has SOFTWARE problem. after running again and again then they message me on 22/10/2014 that job was done and do collect your cell phone but when I went to collect I saw nothing had been done with my cell and the problem regarding charging remain the same n more over they have thrown my screen guard without my permission. Till date they didn't return back my phone with running condition and neither they are doing any thing to solve my problem. So I decided to claim a new phone from them as a compensation, and want my matter to solve as soon as possible. It is my humble request please consider my case and solve my issue as early as possible.
