Dear Sir,
I have purchased your mobile handset Micromax EG 116 model in the month of September, 2014 by paying Rs. 12500/- from your Patna Dealer. My handset touch screen was not working since February, 2015. When it was not working, I went to your service centre at Dakbunglow Road, Near Kashi Place, Patna but they refused to take the handset as they said that the touch screen is not available with us hence we could not receive your handset. After lapse of one month, I met your authorised service centre, Aditya Enterprises, Jassi Nandan Plaza, New Dakbunglow Road, Patna. and I handover the said handset to them on 30/03/2015, As the handset is in warranty period but even though they said that they will charge Rs. 2200/- for the said repair and has taken Rs. 500/- advance against for the said repair. Now after lapse of 15 days, , your authorised service centre is saying that we have sent your handset to company for repair but company has not repaired and sent back to us. They even pressurising for rest of the amount without handing over the handset to me.
Now it is regret to say that your authorised service centre is not co-operating me and when ever I ask for the handset, they said that it will be coming within a week but after lapse of one month and 10 days, the same has not been given to me. Micromax Company is such a big company but redressal of my grievance has not been fulfilled yet.
I am an advocate practicing in Patna High Court and my work is paralysed without mobile handset.
I, therefore, request you to either repair my handset or to deliver a new handset to me within one week unless I will be compelled to file legal case against you for suffering my works without mobile handset. Please also note that the same has been came in fault during warranty period hence the charges cannot be charged by me. PLEASE TREAT IT AS URGENT AND REPLY ME
