Ticket No - YU117345 IMEI 1: [protected] IMEI 2 : [protected] at firdt when i logged a complain, that is near about 2 months ago, my complaint was dropped. then again when i complained at 4th may then customer care people told that some one will be calling me within 2-3 days and then atmost within a week my mobile will be taken from my home. NOTHNG LIKE THAT HAPPENED. each and every time(12) i called the customer support they ask for the IMEI NO for updating my complaint. still no sign of any tracking no or any person who would come and take my phone. NO one would expect such harassment from such a reputed company...well in this way it won't remain reputed.
