[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax GC - 222 Duel Sim not working | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that the I had purchased a Micromax GC - 222 mobile phone from a retail outlet Fone Zone Nxt in Mukherjee Nagar. This was purchased against bill no. 14596 dated 27-May-2014. I have been a user of various model of Micromax mobiles for a long period of time and I had purchased the phone with a lot of expectation, setting aside multiple options available in the market including those from reputed brands. However this purchase was just the beginning of a sad story for me. The mobile handset started giving problem from within a week of purchase. The phone started hanging. However I thought this was a minor problem and took the handset to the Lajpat Nagar service station, where the phone was kept for ~2 weeks and after that it was returned to me with an assurance that the problem had been rectified. However this was just the beginning of problem for me. After I got my phone it again stopped working with the similar problem. I again took the handset to the Lajpat Nagar service station and they rebooted the phone and said they had updated the software and that phone would work nicely. After 2-3 days it again started giving the same problem. Then I again submitted the phone with Satguru Communication, NOIDA based service station vide request not N[protected] dated 4th July 2014. They kept the phone for repair for a complete month and returned the handset on 4th August 2014. When I checked the phone the GSM SIM connection was not working. They then took back the phone for further repair. Now frustrated with the kind of service I had been getting from Micromax I approached the customer care department for speedy resolution. However they have been of no help. One of the executives went to the extent of saying that since she is not the one responsible for either repairing the phone on behalf of Micromax she was in no way responsible for whatever was happening with me. She further said that I should wait patiently. I hereby wish to know is there any TAT for resolution of queries and what is the correct mode of escalation of customer service issues. I would like to take all the pain to ensure that in future customers are not bothered so much. I have also filed a complaint with consumer forum regarding the same on 9th August 2014 vide complaint number #935572 Waiting for a final resolution. Dear Micromax,
Please go through the all the other recordings where at various stages you have committed resolving the issue and given many more assurances. you want to use, you should use other recording as well to show that you have failed to meet your commitments and which will again prove your intention of HARASSING me unnecessarily I also fail to understand your process
On a different note if the issue has also been escalated please share the contact details of the escalation team so that I can check with them about the progress of the pending issue.
