Micromax — Micromax Handset problem

Hello Sir/mam, I purchased a Micromax mobile phone on[protected] and after 7 months it started giving me trouble, then i submitted my phone in service center in Karnal. They told me that it will return the phone after 7 days (on 08/08/2014). but Now its more than 10 days and I am still following up.
