On October 2014 we bought 50c TV and during June month 1st week we faced the problem in picture tube and today only we have replaced another product but please we need the change of warranty period extension for this new product

Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have been facing the same issue with the micro max service team. I have loged my compliant to Naveen on dated 12 march 2016 . he resolved my issue that time and assured me if in future issue would not close than he will replace my LED, Now from last 2 month i m facing automatic shut down and color screen problem. First time he was agree for replacement now he is saying product is out of warranty which he can not replace.In march month he had given me 3 month extra warranty slip .now he is only agree for repair related work which i dont want.
Almost 2 months has been gone, Till today no one had contacted and attended the issue. I had called multiple times to the customer service ….multiple email communication…. they are keep saying the same story that service person would contact me. Till today I didn’t receive any call from those guys…such a pathetic service micromax has. From my experience I strongly recommend never ever purchase any micromax product.Their after sales support is too poor.
