Hi, I was facing an issue with my handset ( Micromax Canvas Nitro A96) .The cell gets switched off automatically. I have given it for repair at the Service Center on[protected] and till date i.e[protected] I have not received my cell yet. Whenever I call the CC they ask me to wait for 15 days everytime. Is this the kind of service micromax provides ? For repairing 1 handset do you'll take 6 months.I have spoken to 2 of your higher officials & still I haven't received my handset yet. These are the...
