Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind attention that, I purchased a mobile phone (Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 A121 Black …….. ) on 11 Aug 2014. Due to battery and charging jack problem, I gave it to your authorized service center (M/S Paradise Telesoft Pvt. Ltd, main Chakrata Road, Near Hanuman Mandir, Dehradun-248001). After some days they told me that now it is Ok and gave it back to me, yet still the problem was persisting. Again I gave it back to the service center on 25/03/2015, Complaint No. E[protected]-14526535. They committed me that they will return my set after 3 days, but till today they have not solved my problem. I am highly annoyed by such type of carelessness and poor customer service and have caused me immense trouble.
I would appreciate it if you kindly look into the matter and give appropriate directions, so the my mobile phone is repaired. Otherwise I will go to consumer form. Kindly call me on +91 [protected] to inform.
