Micromax — Micromax p650 tablet - authorised service center is not returning my tablet.

Hi Team,

I am raising this complaint on Micromax company and their authorised service center in Hyderbad,
I have purchased Micromax tablet model no. P650 for Rs.14699/- on oct 2014, after 7 months i have noticed a black line on screen display but still I have used for 1month and found it may be issue with screen as it is still under warranty (one year warranty) so I have showed to Micromax authorised center in Hyderbad on 20th August 2015 and they have examined and said it is defect and will get repaired under warranty (Job sheet no. s[protected]) and they have informed that i need to wait for 30 working days to get it repaired. So I agreed and submitted my tablet on 20th August 2015.
After 30 working days i started calling them to check the status they said still it might take time and waited for some more days and after me calling the service center in the month of oct they said that the part is not available and they have offered be P666 model tablet but this is lower configuration than P650 and also cost Rs 8000/- so I have not agreed to take it and I have insisted them to give my P650 repaired and again I have started following them by calling several times but service center say Micromax has to come back. then i called micromax customer care and raised complaint (MMX[protected] and waited for one week but no response and again i started calling them for the status they keep saying go to service center and speak and when i call service center they say micromax has to come back. then again i have written mail to [protected]@micromax.com by looking into their official website and I got reply with ticket no. 145538 and after 2 working day that is on 12th Nov saying to coordinate with service center and again i replied to them saying that service center say waiting for MIcromax response.
Today again i called customer call and when i give the ticket no. they are disconnting the my call after asking all details, I called service center they say still waiting for company response.

I request you to kindly help me in this, as this tablet was bought for my son and now he is totally disappointed and I have spent so much going to their service center which is very far from my place and so many calls to them.
