Hi,
I have bought Micromax Canvas 5 Phone on 6th Dec 2015, Its not even couple of months, phone have stopped working, phone is not at all charging.Have registered a complaint to Micromax a week ago and have been following up with them to fix it. Have called them 5 times and have mailed them 3-4 times, but no action taken by them. This phone is in warranty and this is considered as one of their premium phones. Micromax company is not at all interested in fixing this, they didn't even bother to call or reply on the mail despite of so any mails and calls from my side.I found them very unprofessional and i think they don't even care about their customers. Kindly look into this issue.
