Micromax — Micromax service center in sector 30 chandigarh

Micromax service center is a bunch of crooks of a petty nature. I bought a new micro max phone from sector 7 shop. After one month and within warranty period of one year the handset was submitted to service centre in sector 30 for correcting two faults:-
1. Incoming sound very faint and inaudible,
2, battery discharges within 12 hours irrespective wether phone used or not.
I left the phone with the center and was told to come after 10 days. When i went i was told that battery was returned to — but i asked how they were going to check the battery without keeping it. I suspect they sold the phone with a fake battery, and then to cover up pretended that they had given the battery back to me. I refused to collect phone and am suing them in court soon. Will explore wether criminal complaint can be filed for stealing battery. Any one suffering similar complaint can connect with me at [protected] for joint legal action
