Micromax — Micromax service center lost my phone

Dear Sir/ Mam, I had given my phone in Noida Sector-18 Service center for repairing on dated 19/02/2015 . but till today did not get my phone and after discussion with service center they told me that your phone is lost. i am not getting any proper solution from any one . How service center/ Micromax compensate my lose. and also they are not speak in proper language and always postpone my phone date ..How service center/ Micromax compensate my lose.
