I bought Micromax Canvas 4 (A210) Mobile before 2 years back.
I was facing some connectivity problems with computer and other source while operating. So I went to Micromax service Centre in Hadapsar (M/s Tech Telecome) on 25.07.2015.
They told me as they don’t have any service and software available in their Hadapsar branch and just asked me to go Swargate branch in Patil Plaza (M/s.S4 TELECOM).
When I went to Swargate branch they are not giving token number due to no power supply and ask me to make a call on branch number. But when I called on branch number nobody was answering the call. After asking to them why are you not answering the call I got answer from them as we are providing service only area wise.
You suppose to go Hadapsar branch only.
I am strongly disappointed of Micromax service which I got from Hadapsar and Swargate branch. People are fighting with me. They don’t have manners to talk with the customers.
I will never buy any Micromax product in my life again and also I will tell to my colleague and relative to do not buy any product of Micromax Company.
Because of your service and talking very cheaply manner of both branches I took these decisions from my end. Was this information helpful? |
