My name is Debanjan De, I have bought a Micromax TAB P690 from Amazon on 29/07/15. After few days the TAB got switched off and we gave it to their service centre for repair on 24/08/15. Attached is the job sheet. After that we have followed up with the service centre and got the TAB on 10/11/15 which is more than 2 month after giving it for repair. So after using it for 18 days, it again got switch off and we gave it to their service centre on 30/11/15 . Attached is the 2nd Job Sheet. They confirmed me that they will return it within 7 working days. But till date - 22/12/15 I have not received any feedback from them. As this is the second time it is occurring, the service centre as well as their customer care people also promised us that they will extend our warranty / otherwise they will give us a new tab in replace of it.
