Micromax — Micromax very poor service

dear sir, , i buy a micromax canvus xpress A99 on 8/6/2015...on that day the major problem is ph is being very hot...and battery backup is around 3 to 4 hours without using any internet connection, wifi or bluetooth...
Then i submitted the phone to the service center on 13 jun 2015..Jobsheet ID: N[protected] and i also a request for complain on 20 jun..The complain no is mmx[protected]...when i call to
the service center no [protected] they always told that you return your phone in 15 days...but today 29 jun ...when i get my phone...my number is [protected].
