Micromax — misleading the customers | |||
I had given a phone (which is in warranty period) for repair at an authorized Micromax Service Center, New Delhi on 30/04/2014 and have not received it back till date. Everytime I call to check about the status of my phone I am told to come next week and collect it for sure. After pursuing for so long I finally wrote to the company. They mailed back informing me that my phone had been submitted at the service center long time back. I again followed up with the service center and was again told to check about the phone after two days. Infuriated by all this I called the company customer care to discuss the matter. To my surprise now the I was told that the phone has gone in for repair and shall be returned to me as soon as possible! It is shocking to see how the company has changed it's status within a day.They are not only misleading their customers but have such a casual in their attitude about repairing their products. Maybe the company lacks the capability of repairing their own product. I hope some serious action is taken in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
