Micromax — mobile given for repair not returned more than a month

dear sir, (a) i m major manmohan mishra i gave my micromax canvas hd phone to the service centre located at siliguri on 01 mar 2014 ref E[protected]. (b) i was given a time of 4 days (c) i got a message on 10 mar 2014 that the particular job sheet has been closed on reaching the service centre they told me that it was a wrong message and they require 4 more days. (d) i again checked up on phone on 22 mar 2014 and they told me that the phone is ready as i reached there they told that its was a mistake and they require 4 more days but still the phone is not returned to me.
