Micromax Mobile — Given old mobile in replacement of owner mobile under warranty

My micromax canvas nitro a310 mobile was under warranty and it wa given to be repaired on ambala micromax centre, and after one month they sent mobile which was not mine and an old one by saying that your mobile could not be repaired by company.Mine was white in colour and brand new but in lieu of that I got second hand set of blue colour.I refused to take the offered mobile.So, now I want new set or my old one.
