Dear sir, it is inform that, i had purchesed a mobile hand set micromax model-a104 on dec'2014. Now a day the hand set not working properly and handed over to micromax service center panvel navi mumbai on 23.10.2015 under waranty period. On dated 31.10.2015 the call center informed me that your hand set complaint has been rectified come and bring the same. R set not yet working properly and the same is to be senbut the service center informed me that when i went to bring the h/set you our newdelhi service center.Again on dated 10.11.2015 the call center inform me bu sms micromax warrenty password (mwp) 3292 and on the same date they informed me that your hand set rectified and you can collect the same from our panvel office navi mubai.On dated 12.10.2015 i went to mm panvel office but they replaied that mobilr touch pad not yet rectified and the set has sent to delhi office. Sir really i and my family member facing lot of problem.. Hence immidiate action may please be taken inthis regard by replacing new one set, otherwise there is no any way except knock the door of court aswell as publish in media. Our my sincer advice and warnig that marketing such low quality of mobile phoens is to be discouraged. Urgent action is required within one week.
