Micromax — mobile handset not getting from micromax care office at kolhapur

Dear Sir, I have purchased micromax mobile model no x251, IMEI no-[protected] on 24.11.2014 from Avadhhoot mobile kolhapur bill no-595.with one year warranty for handset On 28.5.2014 its display was not working so I have gone to micromax care kolhapur office and submit the mobile handset for free servicing. receipt no-w[protected] dated 28.05.2015. After daily followup to kolhapur micromax care office[protected] were not given firm date for getting my mobile. Then I have compalint to micromax care no-[protected] and launch the compalint having no-mmx[protected] dated 18.6.2015 On 22.6.2015 on tele call with care they have told me that your handset is send from company and you will get within a week. on 29 th I have called to kolhapur office but till today they are not in position to give the firm answer or date for getting my handset.
