Micromax — Mobile handset not repair under warranty. (non cooperation from micromax)

Its been 21 days handset is still or handset is not repaired.
No body in micromax knows what is happening and there is no clarity when will the issue resolved. They are just raising job sheet and complain no as mentioned.
mmx[protected], mmx[protected], mmx[protected]
W[protected] and W[protected].

Please help.
