My Job Sheet number "N[protected]". My hand set have a very small issue only touch problem and as per my knowldege to replace a touch pad will take max to max 3-4 hour. It's around 11 days but ther is no update from your team. I face same issue 2 times in last 2 months.
My humble request to you guys please take care of this ticket and resolved ...
Since last 20 days i am getting same message from your team " we have escalated your case to the concerned team on priority basis". What is exactly mean this only for my satisfaction or your are doing some thing extra effort.
I want exact date on which i will got my handset in working condition. now 2 months has been pass... it's enough.
