Micromax — Mobile not received after repairing almost 40 days has passed

I have given my Micromax A104 mobile, Model code SERMOB518in the service center at guwahati on dt.30.05.15 for Touch screen problem at Mobile Solutions Mohib Tower, sahida Market Laktokia . They have returned the mobile on 15.06.15 but the problem was not solved . Again i have given my mobile on dt.16.06.15 but till date i have not received my mobile .Today they are saying that they will send it to their H.O for changing the Touch Screen. Almost 40 days has passed and now they will take how many days they are not able to tell. Please look into the matter Arvind Choudhary -([protected])
