Micromax Mobile Phone — Not giving our phone after repairing or phone's software issue in a month

I akshay sharma have submitted my mobile micromax unite 2 a106 to m/s perfect solutions e-3 lower ground floor kalkaji new delhi 19, contact [protected],[protected] on[protected], mobile have some restarts or software issue and they said after 25 days i may back my phone but yesterday i called them they said need more 15 days or more to solve that issue. As i heared from everywhere micromax have very poor services. I have just one phone wihout that i am having communicate probles with my family. I just need my mobile back with no any problem. My phone was on warranty period when i gave it to repair. Service center didnt mention any return date or even when called them they have nothing to say fix date.
