I Ashish Bhatnagar is a resident of ghaziabad. I am working as Marketing Manager in automobile company in Delhi. Mobile is an integral part og my Job.
I bought a Micromax Canvas W121 windows phone for Rs 9000 on 29th Sep'14 which i noticed on 20th May'15 (after 8 months only) that it's not getting charged. I got it repaired at Micromax authorised service center only. They took it for repairing on 26th May'15 and returned the handset to me on 5th Jun'15 after repairing.
Now again hardly after a week the same problem is being repeated. Prior to this all episode, battery of the handset got swollen. When contacted, customer care told that battery has a warranty of 6 months only. As though 6 months were passed, i asked for a new battery which also was not available with them in NCR. Neither they gave me a backup handset nor battery so that i could do makeshift arrangements.
Now i dont want to use Micromax phone and want to register case in consumer forum.
Pls help me.
