[Resolved] Micromax — Mobile phone repairing vs refund | |||
I have deposit my phone dated 17/10/2015 at rapid communication authorize service center of micromax company.till date i have no update about my phone.so many time times i visited at service center but he said that phone is under repair.when i visit last time then i have come to know that service center permanent shut down.i have log the complaint at call canter but i did not receive any call from micromax call center. Feb 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved i have received the call-9560632662 from micromax claim team.he ensure that complaint has to be resolve asap.but till date no update received from company regarding my refund.and now he not pick-up my phone.

please look into the matter and help to resolve the complaint.

during a period of nine months my phone get trouble for two time now also my phone is on service centre with imei no [protected]/[protected] dt[protected] pls confirm status in name of sulabh chaturvedi item name AQ5001(S)
