[Resolved] Micromax — Mobile Phone replacement or repairing.

I have purchased a Micro Max Mobile Model No. A115(B)/SERMOB0279/[protected], [protected]on date 20/07/2013. It became repair so many times in your service center at Usha Kiran Plaza Dampier Nagar Mathura. Now I had submitted it in your service center on date 29/07/2014 and service center had sent it you for replacement, but you did not returned it till date. The problem was in set, hanging, shut down at the time of talking, low voice of incoming call and the submitting set was not start after shut down. I am giving 1 star because the service of set and company is very very bad. I had submitted my mobile set on date 29/05/2014 but it not returned from company up to till date. The service of Micro Max set is very poor. There are so many customers reached your service center for giving complaints for their sets. So please you should improve in your mobile sets.
