Micromax — Mobile phone service

I (Ekta Shah) am really disappointed with the service of micromax and repenting to take the mobile of micromax. I had purchased a canvas4+ in feb-2015 which had some problem last month so i submitted it to the service center of micromax named 'Vishwakarma mobile service' situated at Maldahia, Varanasi on 23 Sep 2015. After 2 weeks on 9 Oct 2015 I have been called and give me an old mobile saying it recycling of mobile. What a joke it is? Have I paid so much money for using a second-hand mobile in the worst condition? I hadn't accepted that mobile and complained on customer care. I didn't get any solution yet. Clear all the mesh fast because i have no time to waste. Even i didn't get any service mobile for the period. If i didn't get the solution soon then I'll go for customer court Ekta Shah [protected]
