[Resolved] Micromax — mobile phone under warrenty & company not answering

Respected sir, I have a micromax mobile phone which model no is a350. I gave it to micromax care for reparing. The fault of my phone was side on/ off key is not working. so i was give it. But customer care repairer couldn't repaire of my mobile phone and also break my battery so they gave me new battery but phone charging ic also damaged by them. so they sent it to another level and tat of this problem give me 1 month or more. so against them sir please take strict action on them. and lots of customer who have micromax mobile phone they told me that all customer service centers are poorly working. encl. my job sheet photo.
