Sir, As per my previous complaint about my micromax A102 handset i have received a call from micromax out person yesterday from the number [protected] at the time 11:56 AM the person spoke in the phone told that he will enquire about the status of the handset in the Fone Care service center T-Nagar where I gave my phone for testing and he also noted all the details like contact details phone IMEI no etc... And then i received a call from[protected] at 12:22 PM the person spoke was Mr.Srinivasan check point mechanic in fone care service T-Nagar and told that there are many problems in the phone like software is not opening, battery is not getting charged, electrical failure, and total board is spoiled... And at 18:41 PM the same person Mr.srinivasan check point mechanic in fone care service center T-Nagar called from the no [protected] suggesting that the phone is need to be sent to bangalore service center for repairing all the problems and he also told that the time to service the phone may take around one month and by that time i also came to know that micromax out person who spoke with me around 11:56 AM haven t contacted the Fone service center in T-Nagar as he said to me... i want to know whether the call is just for an eye wash and If my phone is in service center around one month whats the use of buying it and i am also mentally very stressed because of it... NOTE:- SIR THIS IS MY JOB SHEET NO S[protected]****** If i got all my board and panels replaced in my new phone it becomes a second hand then whats the use of buying a company product instead i would gone for a local phone and prefer my friends also. Therefore i kindly request you to give a replacement of some other good model phone it may be higher than this price i can afford it if that is not possible there is no other option other than filing a complaint in consumer court... i dont want to use a second hand phone in 2 weeks of buying
