Micromax — Mobile service impropoer response and not accepting the warrenty for mobile set | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased micromax 493 on 29/05/2014. i got charginf problem on 14/04/2015. I ahve given the handset to micromax service center for checking. As micromax is giving 1year warrenty for mobile set, they said it will be checked and rectified in one day. Later they said thet need one more day for checking. this was keep on repeating. on 20/042015 i have tried to call them several times but there is no response from service center. later they called me and they said it won't come in warrenty. and for repairing they are insisting for half of the mobile price. which earlier they said Rs650. Everyday when i call to their land line number they aren't picking the call. But when i went and check they are simply ignoring all the calls. How come they can say that if inside part is having problem it won't come in Warrenty. Due to their bad service and improper information i was suffering in my communication which is very important to me for my job. If they can't do anything why they are delaying the things.
