Please approach the district consumer redressal forum and lodge a complaint. Before going there, please keep a expenditure sheet detailing the amount of money you have spent on buying the device, the number of times you had to run around the service center - bus/auto charges for the same, the amount of hours you lost at work / business and the money lost in the process etc. Dont stop. Just sue them.
