[Resolved] Micromax — Mobile taken for repair and still no notification

Sir/Madam, I, Yojana Singh, have given my mobile phone for repair in micromax service center, on 26th Aug, 2014, located in Vellore (Tamilnadu). They told it will take at most 25 days for repairing it else they will provide a replaced new phone. But they failed on their commitment and I called them many times but their response was very poor. I also contacted Micromax Service Center many times, they used to give a time duration of 20 days again and again. I received very dissatisfactory response from them too. Today, it is 60 days from the day I handover my cell phone and still there is no notification from neither of them. I request you to help me regarding the problem mentioned. I would be very thankful to you. Firstly I would like to thanks the support team to resolve my complaint. They contacted me with the customer care number. But I would suggest you people, avoid purchasing micromax mobile phones as they are very poor in delivering their services. It took more than 2 months to get my dead cell phone repaired back to me. They didn't even stick on to their promises made with the customer. That's all about it.
