Micromax Mobile — your service center misbehave me and not be taken my mobile servicing.

Dear sir/ madam,
I purchased mobile m/s sri ram enterprises in bokaro cro11/06/2017. Model no micromax q4101 and imei [protected] and[protected]. After the purchased some problem created.in this time i live in giridih. Then i meet to service center's proprietor of micromax in giridih. They taken my mobile and said we have sent the mobile higher service center in month of mid septemtber 2017 in giridih
In that time i lived in deoghar. My mobile not be open and display message "software updated". I went to micromax service center in deoghar but miceomax service propritor not taken my mobile for servicing. He said "jo bhi karna ha kar lo may nahi lunga." and missbhave me. What i can do it. Kya punished the person or changed the service center.
