Very sorry to say that though miromax is a good brand my genuine ccomplaint has not been answered since last 1 and 1/2 month. I registered complaint repeatedly vide ser no ser[protected] on 8/1/2017 online. Then another complaint on 18/10/2017. But to my utter surprise the complaint has not yet been resolved. To narrate the matter once again, i purchased mobile yu4711 (2gb 8gb) (Black) mobile model code - serymob018 on 10/11/2016. My mobile is in warranty period. It has got problem 5305-y charging/battery backup battery empty. I submitted the phone to your service center on 09/09/2017. However one and half month has elapsed but my phone has not been repaired yet. Every time i call they say that part has not yet come. For last one and half month i am suffering for no fault of mine. I have lost lot of mental peace and financial loss due to this delay. Under these circumstances may i request you to kindly replace my defective phone and give me a new phone or else i will be left with no other alternative but to file a complaint with the consumer court.
