Micromax Mobiles — 2.5 month before i give my phone for repair but still no process by micromax service center

Sir, I give my phone to micromax service center udaipur(raj) on 17/06/2015 then he send my phone to customer care office. After 2 and half there was process regard my complaint/phone. I contact to the city service center many time but he not reply. I can call to the centrelised customer care on 20/08/2015 they says that ur arive u within maximum 15 day and give me complaint no MMX[protected] My jobsheet no is.
