My wife purchased a new micro max handset : item name x088. Model code.SERMOBO286, and after using it for 2 months found defective and given to your authorised service centre: m/s Orissa Entps.ananda plaza, Berhampur-760002 on 01.10.15 and even after servicing the problem-5305 charging/battery back up problem continued so once again on 10.11.2015 given for servicing with ref no.#N[protected]# We are very much unhappy and dissatisfied with your service and product.
