I have purchased micromax canvas juice 2 from sachdeva communication ghaziabad . my problem in battery when i was talking about the phone suddenly the phone heating and i try to exit the battery from phone, but the battery is inbuilt the phone so the battery doesnt not exit the phone . In this situation i went to service center but the service center says to me u try the battery exit by phone i am not responsible for that . And they are not talking write way . So what can I do .
