Dear Team, I bought a new phone Micromax Unite A092 for my Dad which I gave him as a gift for his birthday, He was also very happy but at the initial stage itself there was lack in clarity of camera which was raised as a complaint and requested to replace the mobile but request was rejected and later on there was a battery problem and approached nearest service center in which they had taken the complaint(complaint No: S[protected]) on 15/06/2015 and said that it may take a week to a new battery since there was no stock but till now I dint received any call from them about the battery. (Complaint No: S[protected]) Complaint Date: 15/06/2015 Its hardly a month. Kindly check this issue and clear it or replace the device because its a gift to my dad which should not disappoint him.
