Micromax Mobiles — Charging and battery issue

Purcased a310 nitro a few month back anf getting problem in charging and taking so much time to charge, , , its takes 5 to 6 hour, , , not connected to pc via data cable... i had visited one of your entor in karnal they kept the phone for 7 days and the problem is as it is. they are nonsense, , , pathetic service...i am very much frustrated plz do something... they told me one part need to replace, but they did not do anything and i demand for the part they put in the phone but they refused..i can take my waste part why they refused..plz help me
