[Resolved]  Micromax Mobiles — Compliant against Services policy

Hi, I have bought a “Micromax Canvas L A-108” on 9th Aug, 2014. The product was found to be faulty after 1.5 month. Problem with the display touch which was not working, So I have submitted it to Micromax Authorised Service Centre "M/S Kota Mobile, Manak Bhawan Complex, Opposite Kaka Car Complex, Near Kothari Gumanpura Road, Kota" on 27th Oct, 2014 ( Job Sheet Number is N[protected]-3767). Initially they said it will take a week to replace the display screen. Then after that they said it has gone for higher repairs and may take 20 working days. Now after that they are still delaying the delivery of the serviced mobile. Also they said it you have purchased wrong mobile, accessories for this handset are not available.
