I took the phone to the Shop where I purchased. The shop person had taken the phone to the Micromax servicing centre. After two days I went to the shop and found that the problem was not rectified. Now, after 25 days The shop person says “I can’t do any thing, The phone is a defective one, it is the Micromax to take decision”. The mobile is with the servicing centre. Now 40 days gone. No response from micromax service centre. I can give the location of the location of Micromax service centre.
