The people at micromax india had contacted me in response to my complaint about delayed service of my micromax mobile handset. They ensured me to refund my money and in that context they asked my bank details. I provided them with every sufficient infomation. Now they are continuingly delaying the refunding process and are asking me to fulfill unneccesary formalities. I have contacted my bank and they declared these formalities unneccesary and recommended me not to fulfill any of those. I also doubt that the people contacting me are not officials but fake.
Please help me out.
