I am very much regretted to inform you about the bitter experience which still I am facing from your service side against my Mobile handset of model: A109. For your information, I am to inform you that my spouse has purchased this handset from M/s Ambika, Tinsukia( Assam) on 21/10/2014 .It was running well only for 7/8 months and after that started giving problems like apps are not working, the phone shutdown occasionally, phone nos. cannot dialed or recd. Etc. Finally, the set has been submitted for repairing to your service center M/s SBM Mobile Care, Tinsukia( Assam) on 24th July. But, surprisingly after lapse of more than a month we recd. the set on 30th Aug, 2015. But, as we again faced same problems so once again we resubmitted the set to your service center on 4th Sept, 2015 vide their Job No.E[protected]. After inspecting the set they have conveyed us that the set is not repairable and it will be replaced with a fresh one soon. Regarding the matter we have contacted with your service personnel Mr. Sukesh Das also, and he also assured us for replacement of my set within a early date. But, in spite of our vigorous persuasion till date neither we have recd. our set nor any positive response from any body from your service side. Even, nobody from your service side can inform us exact position of the mobile set. Now, already only for repairing/replacement of a mobile set we have spent more than 2(two) months time( I feel this type of service is rare in world), so we would like to know how much time we have to wait only to know the position of our mobile set. Also, we found there is a big gap in communication among your service center with your service engineer with your customer care and with your head service center at Delhi. As service is considered as a backbone of Sales, then how you can expect a better sale in near future with such type of irritating after sales services. For your information whenever I visited to your service center I met lots of such victimize customers every time.
At last I would like to request you to kindly inform us who will look after the matter. Whom to contact, weather we will get back our mobile phone or not? Also, I am requesting you before, advertising about your product in TV channels and social media please strengthen your after sales service first, people will keep more trust and faith on your product and your sale will be automatically growing up.
