Sir,
I like to inform you that I have given my moblie phone CANVASS DOODLE 3, ITEM NAME A102, MODEL CODE-SERM0B0428 at the Micromax service centre at Asansol on 06/10/2015 but since then I have not received back my mobile phone and every time getting a callous response from the officials at the service centre at Asansol that they have sent it to some other cities and they are quite unsure when they will be able to deliver it back, it may be worth mentioning here that I had to give my handset for reparing on an earlier occassion also vide job sheet no-xxxx-xxx-xxxx1 and received it back after a long delay.
Sir since I have purchased the phone it never worked well and lying with you service centre all the time. I would like to say that you have given me a faulty handset, which I have failed to utilize at any point of time and due to which I have been through a great mental and physical harrassment.
Be it further mentioned herewith that my maternal aunt is a serious cancer patient and I along with my family members was in need of the phone at the time of our medical urgency and at the time of the critical hours which we failed to meet up and I am student and I am/was also in need of the phone at the time of my exams, besides my day to day purpose. Sir now I find it a matter of great fault to repose trust upon your company, which even dont understand the day to day urgency of a cell phone in todays situation.
So sir please take a serious note of the aforesaid matter as my phone is a faulty one and I want an immediate response from your end.
