Sir, I have purchased Micromax Canvas PEP on 01.07.2015 and given for resolving problem with touch screen in your company's service centre i.e. M/s P. M. AGENCY, NEAR CALTEX CHHAK, GITAGRAM, KURUDOL ROAD, ANGUL, ODISHA on dt. 21.09.2015 vide job sheet no. E[protected]. Sir, it is great regret to say that since 21st September, 2015 customer care executives present in your company service station are playing with me. They simply says parts are yet to be received from Head Office and asks to come after a week. This has become a daily issue.
