Micromax Mobiles — Irreponsbility toward costumer | |||||
Sir/ madam, my canvas tab P666 screen has been broken, and I have given for repairing its screen in micromax service centre on 19th November 2015 and after 42 days I'm getting to know that it will take more 15 days to get repaired and which is still tentative. Only replacement of screen is required. When I submitted the tab they tell me that it will take only 10 to 15 days and after that on every second week they tell me the same answer that it will take more 10 to 15 days. We have already deposited Rs. 800. They have already send the tab to Delhi service centre and still we are receiving the same answer. Such irresponsible behavior is intolerant and some action much be taken regarding their unethical behavior toward their costumer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
